Food was stale and soggy past 3 times I went. The girl who took my order was so so rude and I will not be returning. She did not even get my order right and treated me like I was dumb. Very upset. Spent 25 bucks to be treated poorly and food be gross and not even right order.
Got to love when u just stand there at the counter waiting to pay for 10min . While 3 people in the back stare at you. Never ask, even after saying when u get a chance i need to pay they still just stood there. Never coming back to this place. Service 0/10.

Best place is fast and quick when you want a taco craving to be over with and out of your head bacon build you just about anything you want as long as you have the money to pay for it it's not expensive at all definitely worth the money if you like tacos

Me and my fiancè both have autism, so we really get anxious when our food isn't as expected. While there were some very minor problems, the staff was thrilled and happy to help us fix them and even gave us a little treat as an apology. Always appreciate the staff here, especially the short energetic young man whom I'm 90% sure has been there for a few years. All and all, always happy with the staff, especially since I was admittedly anxious and cranky tonight. Truly pleasant people
Hey, in case you’re out late and hungry, Taco Bell closes their lobby at 12am, not at closing time like the hours indicated. I watched three groups walk in before I did. Not one person was told the lobby was closed and it was drive through only. Not until the lobby was full of people, then the employees start talking crap about the people in the lobby. Even though their door wasn’t locked and their close time wasn’t posted.
Not including the fact that my order was placed for 30 minutes and not even started while others who came in after me got their food sooner. When I asked again, I heard the workers say something about how I shouldn’t have been able to ask since I shouldn’t have been in their lobby. I responded by saying they should’ve locked their door.
Niles Taco Bell’s management should definitely have a conversation with the night shift about their time management, their customer service skills, and their ability to lock a door properly at closing time.
I walked in a 12:20, if the lobby locks at 12, why was the door open and other people inside? Very misleading to potential customers.
