    Took 21 mins to get to the speaker when I was third in line in drive through so far, still waiting as I speak. EDIT since I got my order and whoever the girl was at the speaker absolutely should be fired. I told her I said to her previously almost 20 minutes ago that I’m here for a mobile order. And gave her my name Lindo. She forgot to turn off the microphone and said in a mocking tone “I said it already I been here 15 minutes ago mehmehmeh I’m like YES actually THANK you. And no, I’ve been here for FOURTY minutes when I’m the third car in line since I got here.” And the other two didn’t have big orders and there were 14 cars in line behind me. One honked at me because I wasn’t moving and I honked back because it’s not my fault their service is absolutely horrendous and whoever that girl was on the speaker should be fired. That’s stuff you keep to yourself not openly state on an UNMUTED microphone; I wasn’t rude in tone or anything and said i understand it’s Halloween and stuff gets busy but in no way should I be disrespected like that.

    Went through drive thru. Gentleman taking order sounded like he didn't want to be there. We proceeded to the window where he barely spoke 2 words, looked miserable. We received our food and pulled over to make sure all was there. It wasn't. We were missing two items so we had to park and go inside. Lady at front counter apologized and gave us two missing items. Additionally, food on top was thrown in the bag and spilled all over.

    So the first thing is probably the hardest thing for fast food chain to achieve: friendly and warm customer service. This place has it, at least the two ladies we interacted with. Shout out to Cindy! You made a difference for us The interior is pleasant and functional. Great selection of hot sauces, see the photograph. Viagra Fresca was excellent mango and peach but it actually tasted much more like lychee flavor which isn't bad but unexpected. What was also unexpected is the five dollar cost of a circa 14 ounce drink !!

    We had an issue with our order at the kiosk after running our card. We had to go to the counter and run it again there. A week or so later we realized we were charged twice for our order. We went back to the store this past Friday (nearly 2 weeks after the original transaction) fully expecting to be told to go through our bank. The young lady working called her supervisor and they were able to issue a refund for us. We were so thankful knowing having to dispute it through our bank would have been a giant pain.

    I went through the drive thru today. The kid working the drive thru never even looked up. He asked me if I wanted sauce and didn't provide it. Who needs napkins.
