  Drive thru guy looks and smells like he doesn’t know what a shower is. Only gave me 3 packets of sauce for 2 burritos, and the burritos were cold. Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I’m literally half drunk and these things still suck. - also, pretty sure the white guy with a beard I saw was a manager and he was the one that put these COLD burritos in the bag. And I don’t mean “COLD” as lukewarm. I mean ROOMTEMP AT BEST. Borderline refrigerated.

  My husband and I went thru here today and the lady who was working drive thru was very rude when we were being nothing but nice asking for sum sauces, "I heard you I can multitask" in a very rude way. This was around 2pm and we did speak to the manager but idk, it was just a bad experience an I usually don't complain on fast food but yea.

  Fast food is fast food. Stopped at the Taco Bell in Killeen and had a good experience. The food was good, the staff were nice, and the place was well kept.

  The service was quick and the staff was easy going. And my food was made cook to order nothing was just sitting out.

  Usually never have any issues here but this time I did. I ordered a box with a bean burrito, fiesta potatoes, and a cheese quesadilla. I was most looking forward to the cheese quesadilla only to my disappointment that its literally only cheese and no creamy Jalapeño sauce that usually comes with it. I live a good 15 minutes away from the location and did not notice until I got home. I only have 10 minutes to eat my lunch before I pick my son up for therapy on Thursday's so going back and having it remade like the lady on the phone suggested was not an option for me. So no resolution with the item made incorrectly. Again usually never have any issues, I don't know what happened this time.
