0/10 every time no one there ever gets my order right and never has good customer service never answer the phone and when u ask them to correct your meal they roll there eyes and have a additude I understand everyone might not like the job they do or have but atleast take care of ur customers
Side note went there to night 20mins from home and ordered food and was missing more then half of my food and was never asked if I wanted sauce I will be contacting corporate bc this is ridiculous

I've had a couple horrible experiences at this Taco Bell. Staff does not care. Drove through yesterday and realized I had forgotten an item, so I requested it when I got to the window. The young man working the window came back with an attitude telling me it was company policy not to allow me to order the item I forgot.
I challenged him telling him that I had done it before without issue. He gave me a dirty look and shut the window. I still hadn't been handed my drink or requested packets of sauce. I sat there for 2 minutes waiting, only for him to come back with an attitude and asked me why I was still there. I told him he didn't give me my drink or hot sauce. I got another dirty look as he got the rest of my order together.
The guy working the window was young and I could tell didn't care one bit about customer service. I haven't decided yet whether or not I'm going to contact corporate to complain.
