It’s Taco Bell. I think there are kind of general expectations of what each of them look like. The service at the drive thru menu board is polite and friendly. I’ve never had a rude interaction there. However, the window customer service skills could use a bit more attention. Say “hi” and if customers say “thank you” the expectation is a “you’re welcome” at least.

I always have specific, picky orders and they've been right every single time. Food is fast and Taco Bell. Not sure I could ask for anything else.

Genuinely I don't know how they have such amazing people so late at night, or how they charge so low for such good food. Please keep up the good work you guys are the best.

This restaurants gone through a lot of changes over the years, but they can’t seem to be consistent on keeping good help. one day you’ll have a really super nice clerk, very helpful, foods terrific. The next day you’ll get a snotty clerk who won’t say anything other than how much you owe without a goodbye, thank you or come back and see us again. I just don’t understand why people can’t act humane. I miss the days where you pulled up to Taco Bell and they said how are you doing today? The previous owners made sure the people working there understood customer service.
