  Classic original Taco with a packet of the fire sauce is still the best. The self checkout kiosk is not as bad as McDonald's but still could be improved.

  Well it's Taco Bell, but the one star is literally because there is NO SERVICE, you have to use an automated tablet and now YOU are the cashier, and NO ONE CAN ANSWER THE SIMPLEST OF QUESTIONS. Sad times. Update: food order was wrong, food was terrible, had to go back due to soda machine poured a cup of syrup, was told they'll look into it later. Horrid food, horrid service. I do not recommend.

  My wife and I went there last night ordered through the drive-through had a big order cause I have two children. They forgot to put a double-decker taco. They forgot to put a bean burrito and they forgot to put a chicken quesadilla in our bag. My wife went down there to show him on the receipt that we didn’t get this stuff and the manager insinuated that she bagged the burrito and that we were taking her as a fool! We live in Fallon right now. It’s hard to get good help but to have somebody argue with you when I know good and well, there was no bean burrito in the bag. That’s why we went back to get. It is ridiculous and she is the manager so whoever put this manager in that position should probably have their status check. I know I wouldn’t hire a manager that questions a customer poor customer service as usual.

  Literally just went through the drive thru and I didn’t get anything I ordered except for maybe my Crunchwrap but even that was done wrong I had asked for no tomatoes. Ordered 2 beefy layers didn’t get those. Ordered chicken quesadilla never got it. Ordered a double decker never got it. They literally gave me a Crunchwrap and 5 taco supremes. They literally shoved the bag at me with my card and was like here. Won’t be back for awhile. They can do better.

  Ordered the Cantina Chicken Bowl and it had literally 3 small pieces of chicken. What was even the point?! The place prioritizes DoorDash orders over someone who walks into the store to order. Don’t even bother unless you’re door dashing.
