  The service is horrible. They will get super busy and only one or two people will be working. Right now I am attempting to.pick up a Doordash order for a customer, that should have already beem ready or near ready. I have been waiting for 40 minutes, and still nothing. I wish I could say this was a one time thing but it is every single time.

  Took 20 minutes to get only two beef burritos. No urgency, just a bunch of kids standing around and taking there time. This is abysmal service.

  Old story but me and 3 friends went here to get some quick food before going home to unpack our camping stuff from the weekend just to spend **1 hour and 30 minutes** waiting for food (watching several families leave and the doordasher line build up) after ordering inside . The drive through WAS getting cleared through this ENTIRE time it was NOt the same car up front for more than like 8 minutes. After the 30 minute mark we honestly just wanted to see how long they would make us wait. After all that my friends got their order and mine apparently either got deleted from the system or given to someone in the drive through and I had to go up and confront them to make my shit. So moral of the story go through the drive through if you stop here LMAO but my story is I’m not going here again that blowed and the food was still mid.

  After waiting an hour before the store was even busy and being told “your order will be out in 3” and watching 5 and 10 and more orders coming out and finally getting my food after over an hour. Not only was the wait awful but the staff was demeaning and rude calling me “bro” and telling me how I needed to be patient. I have never blamed a service worker for being at fault but after being forgotten for over an hour there is no one else to blame, I made it apparent I had ordered and even went over my order but still received nothing.
