  Manager for evening hours was extremely rude. Ordered food and was missing an item, had to wait by counter for over 5 minutes to get the missing item. She kept prioritizing other others that were coming out rather than deal with an unfinished order. I did not have a good time eating here. To think the kiosk ordering would improve service turned out to be a complete failure.

  Stopped by this Taco Bell on Azusa Ave, and honestly, it’s one of the better locations I’ve been to. The staff here are polite and quick — my order was ready in just a few minutes, even though it was pretty busy. The food was fresh, warm, and perfectly made — tacos were crispy, and the burritos were nicely filled. Prices are still super affordable, especially for how clean and well-kept this place is. The dining area looked tidy, and the drive-thru line moved faster than expected. Overall, great service, good food, and solid value for the money. Definitely one of the best Taco Bells in the area!

  The people are so sweet to us. My dad and I always get food there at least once a week around 10ish. I give it a 10/10 experience.
