They asked me to round up $.96 for some fundraiser. I declined when I pulled up to the window to get my food. Asked me if I was going to let the kids die. That I should donate when I said no again the guy went to give me knuckles cause I told him I have my own children to support.

Friday 16, 11:30 pm i made a mobile order and waited to pick it up until it was done. I went out the car and stood by the LIT UP pick up window by the front for 10-15 minutes. I even tried pulling on the door to get someones attention. After no one gave me the food i went through the drive through where the worker INSISTED there was no order under my name, i explained that it was the right location and i could show my phone for proof. After 5 minutes of arguing they finally told us to drive up, and as soon as i pull up the worker rolls their eyes and said i would have to go to the other window to pick up my food. I explained that i had already waited outside that window for my food and i cant keep standing outside at 11:30 pm in the cold. The worker roller their eyes AGAIN and said that its “their job” and theres nothing they can do. If thats your job then maybe take 5 seconds to look out the window?? I have never had an expirience like this here. I had to drive back around to get the food, the bag was soaking wet, ripped , my fries were unclosed and had spilt everywhere. Terrible service , just disrespectful.

Ordered a Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme Fresca and had my food BEFORE the receipt printed. Pretty sure they have a time machine back there.
Staff is always friendly and apparently exists slightly ahead of the rest of us in the timeline. 10/10 would time travel again. 🌮

I loooove taco bell. Wish they'd stop asking soo many questions to add sour cream or make things spicy tho. Makes me just wanna order through the app.

Just placed a mobile order. Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before anybody even talked to me. Get to the window and the guy working it was super short and took forever to even acknowledge I was there. There were about 5 employees in there and my order took a while to get out. When my food was ready they just handed it to me and told me everything was in there and shut the window very abruptly. I get home to realize my order is missing items in my luxe box, there was no sauce in my bag (which I have on my receipt that I added to the mobile order), and I got items I didn’t even order in my bag. I come to this tacobell frequently and have never felt so unwelcome. Being in the customer service industry I try to understand their point of view, but I just felt like a bothersome and did not feel prioritized.
