  They take forever to make the food it should not take 15min to make 2 burritos in an empty lobby and the employees always looks so miserable

  I just went through the drive-thru there for lunch time today. The wait time was 20 minutes! And then they got my order wrong! I don't recommend coming here for break time. The employees don't want to move their it's like they're being taught to go slow or something. I've worked in the food industry lunch time is always a rush. Stop playing. They're apparently not ready for Rush time. And what happens is people are killing their lunch time in a Drive-Thru. They offered to make my food. That's not the point I have to go I got work to do. Work that people want in a timely manner.

  Extremely slow wait time. Came to drive thru around 3am no one in line but was told hold on. Sat here for 15min before saying hello again trying to see if they were ready now. Some lady comes on and says we’re not ready for your order. Sat here for another 10min so almost half hour in line and only car at window and no one can take my order. I just was picking up a mobile order. Ended up canceling the order and going to a different Taco Bell.
