  Came in for some food after a 20 hr work shift. Says your open till 4am. Apparently someone needs to change the hours because it said you were closed when I got there.

  Long wait time, didn’t give the correct food, and the food tasted like it sat out for an hour, it was hard and crusty.

  The manager on shift was shouting and degrading her workers from the dining room all the way to the kitchen for "being to slow" while she herself was stocking sauces,not helping with threats of publicly embarrassing one of her workers. It was very unprofessional and I feel bad for anyone who has to work with her loud mouth and bad attitude.

  I just ordered from Taco Bell in Gaylord and got two streak cheese grilled burritos and it’s not like how it usually is first thing is the cheese that’s melted on the outside is supposed to be melted on the Flap and is melted on the side where it don’t make sense where it’s not even holding the burrito together secondly, got two hardshell tacos that were overfilling with all ingredients which never makes sense because the tacos ain’t like that so whoever new guy the training needs to step up his game I cook myself that it’s about quality not quantity

  This place deserves ZERO Rating.Never seen so incompetent people running this shop and I hope if they feel any embarrassed, should hire "different " manager and employees to run this shop.
