It’s like they made me pay twice for 1 serving! It’s sad that they would do something this silly. Common sense isn’t so common is the old saying. Seems very fitting for this!

Not only was she most pleasant and professional; she also gave heart-warming customer service that exceeded my expectations and had a joyous smile when doing so. It would be amazing if Rachel were promoted to train other members of staff to give the vibrant energy that she does! I seriously have not had this delightful of an experience in quite some time! Thank you so much again Rachel!
