  I came here on Friday morning and then again after work evening went through drive through and simply asked if they can refill my drink I purchased earlier and I showed my receipt . The old Hispanic lady raised her voice at me and told me she can’t do that in drive through . She needs to be trained or fired … instead of having a attitude and talking down to me she could’ve said “ sir i would be happy to assist you with refill but no through drive through company policy .” Worst customer service ever had at Taco Bell .

  My experience was good, June 2025. I ordered on the app, about 7 minutes after I ordered the food was already ready. The dinning area was immaculate and an employee was wiping down tables at the time I was there. The food was great compared to other locations. I normally get 3 pieces of diced tomato on my Supreme items, but they had plenty on my items.
