  my only complaint was my nacho cheese wasnt lava like it usually is and just room tempt.

  Work for door dash end up with 3 orders to pick up refused to give us all 3 orders and then closed after telling us we had to get back and line and refused to give us the order that was already made and waiting to be picked up

  Every time I order from the college location (every tuesday) I literally want to call the store and tell these people how much I love them. My food is so good every time and very well made and always hot. Love me a grilled cheese burrito and I know it's probably not their favorite thing to make but they do so well every time.

  Ordered and waited at least 20 minutes just to have all of my cheese unmelted. My burrito was cold on the inside. How do you grill the cheese on the outside but somehow give me a cold inside? Now, could’ve I asked the employees to make it again, sure. But did I really want to wait another 20 minutes to get my order. Not really. As a man who loves his Taco Bell, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I’ve had some amazing Taco Bell before, this ain’t it.

  I hope I caught them on a bad night. It will be quite a while before I return. Ordered through the kiosk at 9:13 pm. Sat there waiting for our food. It was busy but not crazily. After watching the counter and listening for our name for 30 minutes I asked an employee the status. He said the order was already fulfilled. Not to me nor the counter. Maybe it went to the driver thru. He then reordered my food and said it would be up shortly, no apology. After the staff made 3-4 other orders mine came up (another 5 minutes). I checked the order and it not had a piece wrong, it was also missing a side of nacho cheese. I went back to the counter and the supervisor (I assume) asked what was wrong. She then told one of the employees to make my taco and side of cheese. He then made 3 other orders first before finally getting my items. We left a little before 10 pm. I'm normally a go with the flow person but this was unreal. I thought I was on some TV show where they test your patience.
