Ordered online two different times. Both times, arrived around 10 mins after placing the order, then waited around 25 minutes for the food. Something seems to be horribly wrong.

This isn't about a location or an employee. This is about Taco Bell. The A.i. at the drive through is horrible. The mobile app experience is horrible.
