  I haven't eaten Taco Bell in years but I had to stop here to use the bathroom, and ordered a cantina chicken burrito. The taste was ok but it did not sit well with me. The service on the other hand was great, the man at the counter was polite, and courteous, and the ladies in the back greated me warmly. I personally will not go to Taco Bell unless it's a must although it is not because of bad service.

  When I came in, it was slow—no one in the drive-thru and only a couple of people ordering inside. Despite that, the place was noticeably dirty, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. After saying “thank you,” I didn’t even get a response. It felt like no one really wanted to be there.

  Even if it’s my local Taco Bell I try my best never to stop here they’re all lazy & sloppy people here. Useless to even be working & help a customer out

  Ordered from Uber eats and my order was cold, the taco shells were stale, and they didn't include my cream and sugar for my coffee. Not to mention they put my tacos upside down in the bag so one just fell apart...where all the good taco bells at? I used to love taco bell as a kid. They need to close the place at night if they can't find decent ppl to pay attention to order notes. So frustrating because I know I could do their job and make a lot of people happy but they just don't pay enough. Maybe thats why employees don't care to do a good job?
