  Usually, the New Albany location is excellent, but the Polaris one has been disappointing. This time, our vegetarian order came with beef, which is completely unacceptable. Even though it was replaced with beans, it’s distressing to realize the mistake after taking a bite. I also paid extra for onion sauce, which wasn’t included. Sadly, the Polaris location feels careless compared to New Albany — won’t be returning here again.

  Location is always grossly under staffed. Walked in at 8:15 on a Sunday night it was told the 13 cars in the drive-thru would be served before me. Terrible attitude terrible customer service won't be coming back

  I never seen this kind of untrained and un professional staff ever.they dont work just playing and talking with each other

  Employees at 4pm were extremely rude. Standing round. Took 32 minutes waiting at the window for 3 quesadillas and one crunch wrap. Quesadillas weren’t even cut. 3rd shift is so much nicer and can have the same order out in 5 minutes or less and it be better quality. Evening manager definitely not doing their job.

  Update: they apologized and remade my order. The person was really sorry for that and that convinced me. Please don't spoil other person day like this in future! Hey guys, I'm not a beggar, for you guys to put the burritos on open bag.
