  I was there at the counter at 2:45 on 8/21/2025. No one came to the counter to tack my order. There was a young woman that came from the dinning area, around the counter and walk across in front of me and she never stopped or said a word to me. Just walked by and ignored me. I left without ordering the tacos I was very much looking forward to eating. I drove down the road and took my money to Haven Hot Chicken. Two things 1. If this is the way you treat a customer, then how are you treating the food. 2. I won't come back to this Taco Bell again.

  I love Taco Bell. But the Ansonia, CT, Division St site I give a thumbs down to. I think they have gotten my order wrong nearly every time. Also, if there are more than 2 cars in the drive thru line, steer clear of it or expect a 45 minute wait to get to the window!

  Food was great and the girl who took my order was exceptionally pleasant. I wish I got her name bc she needs a raise 8 was there around 4 o'clock yesterday. Will definitely return
