  came inside to ask a question about the app bc i couldnt order a soda .. while i was waiting for my food a lady came out and started asking if we had ordered saying she sees us sitting here but not ordering. if you dont have the patience to work w customers, dont work in a fast food place ! also .. paid extra for a freeze bc they supposedly didnt have sodas, then when i went to get it they didnt have freezes, but they fixed the soda machine. highly recommend yall go to freaking wendys or even mcdonalds, this place had One nice employee and everyone else acted like they hated their jobs

  Since they moved the drive thru order speaker box right next to the window the wait has been ridiculously long. Because crew is working hard and trying to keep up, the quality went down. Recently we’ve been receiving cold food on multiple different occasions…. Please fix this.

  Worst Taco Bell. Consistently long wait times for drive thru, takes them like 30-40 mins to get through like 4 cars. Portion sizes are noticeably smaller than other Taco Bell’s. Everyone I know just drives to Mililani instead because it’s better and faster. Can literally drive there and back in the time it would take u to get through the line at this location. Boo

  You’d think with the amount of negative reviews they’re getting they’d fix something. Been wait in the drive through line for 45 minutes and got my food cold. I strongly suggest ordering someplace else.
