  They never make my 5 layer burrito correctly. They never used the small tortilla that is supposed to be outside of the shell. They just throw it all in one burrito shell! That is NOT the way it is supposed to be made at all. Why am I paying for this specific item and I am not getting it made correctly? I asked them why? And they stated this is the way they make it now. NO it is not. They do it wrong to save money on the extra tortilla. DO BETTER. Also they act like you are crazy when you want more sauce packets then 2 for 6 items total. They are rude about it when you ask. It makes no sense. DO NOT GO THERE!

  Service and atmosphere is good, I just have a problem with the rice at this location, it's always crunchy. If your getting something with rice in it, just drive a little bit further up the street to the next taco bell

  The longest drive through wait I have ever had at a Taco Bell, not the friendliest nor most professional staff, food was hardly warm as we got it from the window.

  This location is extremely solid. I live in Cincy but I’m in the area constantly for work and this Taco Bell is always a solid choice. I order through the app and my order is always correct, out quickly, and the staff is always really cool. Highly recommend it. I’m honestly really surprised at some of the negative reviews I’ve read on here where people say that their order is always messed up because I have literally never had an issue and I’ve been through this location 10+ times.

  Drive thru. Very quick to take order, accurate, asked if I wanted sauces, convenient Drive through right off the intersection of 10th and Nachand. Shopping Center is bring remodeled (August 2025).
