The young lady name clorista b. Made my day because she made a awesome delicious strawberry refresca. My food was quick and hot like I want
1st visit here.
I thought a Beef taco Supreme was tomatoes, beef, cheese, sour cream and lettuce.
Apparently not. I asked for no lettuce and that was the only correct thing with the taco.
All I got was meat and cheese. I thought this location may be better than North Augusta location.
Maybe a little better, but not by much !!
Your employees need to be retrained!!
My receipt was correct, but the order didn't reflect what the receipt said.

I don’t usually do this, but I am sitting here eating cold food and I’m angry. Went thru the drive thru and made the mistake of not checking the bag before driving home (10+ minutes). Got home to find half of the order missing. It was other peoples food so I immediately got the receipt and went back. Went inside to be ignored for a minimum of 5 minutes. Someone who I believe was the manager called out to me saying order on the kiosk or she would be there shortly . 5 minutes later with no help, orders going out the drive thru and my receipt sitting on the counter she finally sends the window person to help me. I explain the issue and she promptly goes to the person who acknowledged me and tells them my problem. The lady finally comes to the counter where I explain that half of my order is missing (some items were never put on the order to even receive). She types my items in and says order will be out shortly. I reminded here that I hadn’t paid for two items and she says I know. I guess I’m supposed to know she was comping me 2 bean burritos. She goes back to helping with orders, 7 ORDERS went out the drive thru before mine even came up to be made. After another 15+ minutes of standing at the counter I finally got my order wish a short “here you are ma’am, sorry”. Was that for the original mistake, for my missing items taking so long to make, or for me going home to cold food because this process took 25 minutes. I have been working in customer service all my career and if she worked for me she would be fired. I will NEVER return to that Taco Bell again. Review would be all zeros if I could.
Would give -10000 if I could Very rude from the start at the ordering box trying to order the lady asked if I wanted beef chicken or steak In The burrito asked for them to give me one minute they didn’t even let me have time to ask if the person next to me wanted beef chicken or steak before someone else comes over the speaker literally screaming BEEF CHICKEN OR STEAK with the rudest screaming attitude! Had to collect myself for a minute! Then forget to give me certain items! Food was disgusting taking it home to the dog! Need to retrain your stafff how to have customer service don’t make no sense don’t work there if you are that miserable nobody asked you to work there! Matter of fact just shut this place down!
