  They’re rude lazy take to long make you wait for order and never give the drink, i deliver food and I remind them the drink they charge customers the drink but don’t pay attention when they prepare the order

  Worst Taco Bell in Columbus. Staff is terrible, nothing but attitude. They apparently never have soda anymore??? Like how are you out of soda every single day.... Never coming here again. This place should be shut down.

  The only thing bad about Taco Bell is it's getting a little too expensive.The workers are great.The food is great but it's getting where I can't afford it.But I almost everywhere.Is so there you go great food just a tad bit expensive

  Can’t make one thing in a meal, so they can’t sell the meal, so you have to order the more expensive meal without the part you wanted in the first place. Stupid and there’s always something broken or whatever that keeps them from having a full menu.

  Don't even bother coming here if you aren't driving. Besides the staff being rude, there's no bike rack in a high crime area filled with addicts and transients, forcing customers to either risk theft or struggle with juggling a bike while ordering food at their kiosk to replace customer service. Even when you have their attention in the drive through, they won't take your order there.
