  The girl who claimed to be the manager (and clearly wasn't) didn't know how to ring in our free tacos (after an Amerks win) so she wouldn't give them to us. I even called 2 other stores to tell her how and she still wouldn't do it.

  Why is your employee sagging his pants at work? How unprofessional can you be. Also doing a door dash order and for the order being 20 minutes late, the employee said I was rushing her for asking about the extremely late order. Obviously have a management issue here go to another location.

  Drive thru very busy. When it was our turn we waited another 30min. Because people had to order at the window cuz they didn't know what they wanted
