  They seem to always forget something with your order. The last time we were there, I was missing items, so we stop going. We gave it another change after the new location opened, and I'm missing something from my order.. Maybe I have bad luck when it comes to Taco Bell, but it seems like they miss something every time

  Literally every order I have ever gotten from this location has had a problem be that missing food or incorrect ingredient. I don’t expect “quality healthy food” but I do expect to get what I paid for. Idaho falls Taco Bell is the most incompetent fast food restaurant here.

  Ordered on the app, and it said it was ready to pick up, so I go up to the counter. I try to check in, while seeing my order on the counter behind the pickup counter. The girl told me that my order hadn't come through yet and it would take about 10 minutes when their app told me that my order was ready. I won't be coming to this location anymore. I'd rather go to the other one off Hitt.

  7/10 times I get the wrong stuff or not made how I asked. Seems too be tossed together without ANY care of what people want/dont-want on it. If you read this I'd just go too the one by the mall its way better

  What has happened to my favorite fast food location? Zero customer service inside. Drive through and delivery seem to be prioritized over the walk in. I absolutely disagree with the ordering process now. Every time I go into either location locally the staff has zero interest in welcoming you in or even smiling any more. They must hate their job Have you looked at the counter or floor lately? I get it if there is a lunch rush but off hours of the day are just as dirty. If they won’t clean the stations, what else won’t they clean? Not the tables or the garbage cans. Last time I was in every table was dirty and there was only three of us inside. One person was busy organizing the hot sauce and one was reading the menu. Taco Bell feels like a business going out of business. Wait times are horrible. Dirty inside. Food quality is decreasing. Sad
