  So I placed an order at 905, mind you it said this location opens at 9. So im assuming the high employee walking in was the one who answered the phone while I was at the drive in. When I asked why haven't I been helped shes like because we're closed, i said it says you're open at 9 she tells me to pull to the window, rude unprofessional but I get it we seen you walk in so I wouldn't expect much better. Then the drive thru person is like can you come back in 15 minutes.. incompetent staff when I said its past 9 it was like looking at a deer in the headlights, after I said can I just cancel my order it took even longer to figure out the answer to that. Probably one of the worst T Bells in Champaign with the crap attitude and cant even show up for work on time an not high. Waste of my morning I guess I get the the win of having to wait for my canceled order to refund to my card. Do Better.

  Forgot 3 items from our order and when we came back in they did not even apologize. Rest of the food was cold when we got home. Terrible experience and customer service.

  Worst tacobell in all of champaign Urbana. Half of my order is missing. Pulled in drive through im the middle of me talking they slammed the window closed. Gave me the food and took it back because they were unsure of it again. This is ridiculous. Edit: they leave the phone of the hook so you cant call and the manager wont come to talk to customers. No one actually runs this store.
