  Service is so bad at all is these if you don't go to the drive thru you will stand there for up to 15 minutes just to be ask if you need something every single time I go into ANY Taco Bell you get no greeting no go can I help you all you may get after a lengthy wait time is you need something what is going on here worst customer service I've ever seen just not worth the complete anger I feel to just try to order food there

  Laziest Taco Bell in OH. Always has their door shut and locked with workers in there. Do not come here. Waste of time. Find better employees.

  I got the 3$ grilled steak burrito at a different location and stopped here one night to get one after work and it blew my mind. I was like, "wait this ain't the same thing" because it was soooooo good and got me hooked. Idk what they gave me at the other location but this one was worth it. It was a Chipotle ranch with flaming chips in it, hot juicy steak and rice, just lit my taste buds up BURRITO❣️ Idk who made it but KUDOS TO YOU!

  Sat in drive through for 5 min they never took my order. 4 more cars lined up behind me. No visible customers inside. Clearly employees do not care about doing their job here.

  This location has the dining room closedw with drive thru only available. Problem is im a truck Driver and can't usethe drive thru. Just out of luck. What happened to Customer service?
