The three girls that showed up to work today were amazing on 9/28 in the evening. Food prepared properly and good quality. The 5 star rating is for the crew members because they deserve it.
Store is severely understaffed. A few times I've been to this location with long wait times due to 3 people working.

Here on 9/27 to pick up a mobile order. Pulled in the drive thru with one car in front of me at 5:43pm. I didn’t move at all until 5:57pm. Didn’t get out my food until 6:11pm. Bag was way too overstuffed and falling apart. Food was put to together horrible and falling out of wrappers.
I don’t know what happened to this location but boy it has fallen off a cliff recently. How this place is still open is beyond me. If you can’t keep a staffed restaurant then don’t bother opening it.
Also watching a staff member eat food near the drinks machine in the drive thru while waiting for mine is so stupid.

They don't answer their phone for customer service. They're either too cheap to buy enough boxes or too lazy to pack them based on the different boxes you can order. They don't put the food that should be boxed in any of their respective boxes. Like party pack tacos in a party box, or Luxe boxes. They throw them all in a bag with everything else you ordered. Instead the throw everything in a bag for you to guess who's is who's. don't make it easier to tell by marking which burrito is which especially when customizing each one. I don't want to have to open each person's burrito to tell what it is. Constantly out of limited things like the new Mountain Dew Baja Midnight soda and freeze version. I drove 4 separate times from over a half hour away to get it for my kid and they keep telling me they're out. Their food is also sub-par. Every time I have ordered in drive thru or app, give them my name. Wait for them to put together my order. It's barely warm meat. These should be HOT food. I get the lettuce and cold ingredients should be cold. But even the sour cream is warm. The chips be barely a crunch like they're getting stale or was left open air for too long they'll get soft. Are they trying to make people sick? I might as well drive to another Taco bell at that rate since they don't do anything anything decent here. Don't waste your time with this location.

This location is trash. I ordered online to save time and I have a family of 5 so my orders at restaurants are usually big and sometimes they forget things in our order and we check to make sure every time. This is what happened at this location they forgot a couple of our items so my husband went inside and let them know we were missing a few things. Right off the bat the guy behind the counter was rude walking away shaking his head and started talking with the other employee saying they are missing some things. When he brought the little nacho chips and cheese that came with our kids meals they weren’t even in the package they are supposed to come in the chips were just thrown in the bag with their empty packaging laying on top on them. If you don’t like your job then find a new one you are in a customer service field. My husband wasn’t even mad in the first place because we know it happens. Do better and be more respectful!
