    If I could put no stars I would! I placed a mobile order on my phone on the 15th and waited a hour for my food, when I got my food my Cinnabons were cold like they were even cooked. I called and asked if I could be written down for a new set and the lady said yes and I was told she wrote my name down. Went through the drive through today and felt harassed and was told my name wasn’t written down and the manager said unless I have the receipt then she will not give me them. I didn’t know that I had a receipt on the app, so I went inside to show them. Upon going inside the manager was talking crap I showed the guy my receipt and he said can I get a 12 pack of Cinnabons and the manager turned around and was like is there a receipt he took my phone to show her and she proceeded to talk crap saying well she couldn’t say that through the drive through I told her I didn’t know I could have a receipt on the app. She is very unprofessional, she needs to be fired! I will be calling corporate!

    We arrived in line at 6:30 to pick up our mobile order and didn’t receive our food until 7:10 including 15 mins spent at the window waiting. Only half of the order was correct with one box being totally wrong and food for our toddler missing. Not the first time this has happened at this Taco Bell. Clearly there is something wrong with the management and employees here
