  Ordered delivery. Items were missing. Contacted shift manager (Bri). She told me to go to the store for missing items. I explained that I couldn't... Which is why I opted for delivery. Bri told me that there was nothing else she could do. I requested a refund. She said that I would have to contact DoorDash. I explained that I didn't order via DoorDash. I ordered via Taco Bell's app. So, DoorDash will just have me contact Taco Bell. She became rude/condescending. I told her not to speak to me in that manner. She told me something along the lines of I was making the issue harder than it had to be and gave me Taco Bell's payroll number for a refund... Which made no sense. I asked for her manager's name. She said that she's the manager. I asked for the owner's (franchisee's) name. She said that his name is Craig. I asked for his last name. She said that she doesn't know. I asked... So, you're a manager and you don't know the name of the owner whose business you're running? She responded with a failed attempt at a witty retort, she informed me that she doesn't even know Taco Bell's GM's name. Taco Bell (and "Craig" )... Please, do better with who you put in leadership positions within your business.

  Customer service at the drive through is horrible! Almost 25 mins in line for a basic order of tacos. I guess it should’ve been a tall tail when the place was dead. I won’t be going back to this location. I also don’t like that you’re forced to give one star in order to leave a review!
