  I called to specifically make sure sauces are in the order even though I placed it on the order itself(knowing this location sucks). No sauces included surprise surprise, even the sauce that costs extra was not included.

  I was there last Friday night at midnight and it was one of the highlights of my trip to the city just to witness the way the cashier handled the crowd. They were obviously understaffed and there was a big crowd of customers and door dashers, some more impatient than others. The cashier had the most effective crowd control I've ever seen. A lot of people were impatient and he kept everyone following the rules and didn't let the crowd impact his presence of mind at all. Food service is stressful and it was impressive how he kept everything together. Food honestly didn't even take that long considering how busy it was.
