- KKKeithOct 9, 20251.0Don’t know why I’ve given this place as many chances as I have, that certainly ends now. Slowest service I have ever seen for mobile and delivery orders. Time and time again mobile orders are completed 20-30 minutes after they say it’s ready, and yet the drive thru and walk in orders are made quickly. What’s the point of mobile order for customer convenience when they don’t prioritize them or make them when they say they will. Horrible.

- SNSam NickensSep 24, 20251.0Slowest service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Waited almost 40 minutes for our food, and only had 2 orders in front of us when we ordered. 50/50 chance the customer service is bad as well (bad attitudes etc.) . Will never recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.
