  Sat in the drive thru line over 30 minutes waiting to order. Finally get the chance to get up to the speaker and they tell my husband “hold on sir” and he sits there waiting for what feels like forever. He finally says “Hello?” to check in. Silence. Complete silence. This is also after an entire line of cars made their way through, ordered, and got food. I’ve worked in food industry almost 10 years now so I get things happen and we get busy. But this was just complete negligence from a bunch of night shift teenagers with no actual responsible adult on shift to ensure quality service. Huge fail and an even bigger disappointment.

  This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever been to. Ordered a meal online and it took over an hour to get it. Drive thru was terrible. They make you wait at the speaker for 20 minutes. Will NEVER try and eat here again.

  I don’t know why I keep coming back to this Taco Bell. I always end up waiting for AT LEAST 45 minutes. And that’s on a good day. The only thing they are consistent with is being painfully.. PAINFULLY slow. Do not attempt to eat here if you value your mental health.
