Finally get the chance to get up to the speaker and they tell my husband “hold on sir” and he sits there waiting for what feels like forever. He finally says “Hello?” to check in. Silence. Complete silence. This is also after an entire line of cars made their way through, ordered, and got food. I’ve worked in food industry almost 10 years now so I get things happen and we get busy. But this was just complete negligence from a bunch of night shift teenagers with no actual responsible adult on shift to ensure quality service. Huge fail and an even bigger disappointment.
