  Went through the drive-thru and we got 3 hard tacos a grilled cheese burrito and some cinnamon twists. All three tacos had FROZEN lettuce on them and the grilled cheese burrito wasnt even in the bag! Yall are really trying to serve customers FROZEN LETTUCE!!!!!!!!! How yall Think that is acceptable is beyond crazy!! Glad to get home and not be able to eat or have the food I paid for, real great!

  This taco bell is ALWAYS SLOW !!!! they dont take orders anymore you have to use the kiosk which is rediculous to add onto the very slow service!

  Like this is ridiculous, I can't believe I paid almost $40 for some dang tacos that basically don't have anything in them like literally I call it a dollar taco. Like it's literally nothing but lettuce and a half spoon of meat like dang I spent more time ordering my food off the screen then they took to make it. I'm so upset with order it's not even funny. Now I know why I don't eat out anymore it's literally a waste of money cause you sure don't get what you paid for.

  I try to come here when I can, but at this point im not sure its worth the trouble. About a month ago, I went and they missed an item I ordered. When I called they insisted that I come back within 48 hours to get a replacement, instead of letting me come back next week. I try not to eat fast food every day... Today, they mis made a special order item, charging me extra for the special order but making it normal. When I called they didn't even answer. I thought that if i check the bag to make sure everything was there, I would be ok, but now I'm at home and have to make a special trip here just to be made whole.

  When in the drive thru at 4:15 on a tuesday, the drive thru lady was very impatient with us. She asked 3 times when we told her one second and the second time we told her one minute and she didn’t even give us a minute. Extremely impatient customer service and that’s a no in my book. I don’t even take longer than two minutes to order but if you’re going to act like that in not even a minute long I leave
