Staff is super rude, and absolutely inept at their job. The dining room was dead empty and they just left me standing there for 15 minutes before I could even get any help from anyone

I really can't tell you how the food is. After spending 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru not even moving. I had to cancel my order on the app. And drive over to McDonald's to get a hamburger. What happened to quick service. What happened to going to work and giving a care. Don't like your job leave.
