  I would never believe Karen the manager was a manager she needs to be fired its laughable how unprofessional she is and conducts herself apparently you dont need any qualifications to be a manger here if I could give this place zero stars I would!

  I have been going to this taco bell every Wednesday evening as a special little mid week treat and have mostly had good experiences. Over the past couple of weeks though the service has been inconsistent with forgotten items, two weeks ago I wasn't given one of the ridiculously overpriced bean and cheese burritos that I ordered and didn't realize it until I got home which Is an hour away, last week my chips weren't in my bad so i had to go back in and get them.And last night my sauce packets were not in my bag. I've gotten now into the habit of making sure everything is there. So I park my car, go inside, and ask for sauce packets because I didn't get the ones I asked for in the first place. And the employee was so rude! She just walked over and begrudgingly grabbed a handful of random sauce packets and threw them in the bag without even asking what kind I wanted. I've always had good interactions with this girl previously,so I don't know what her problem was, but I came in because you guys made a mistake and I was treated like i was the problem. I ate my food without hot sauce and realized how bland and gross your food actually is without it so I won't be back.

  The young lady at the drive through had the worst customer service today. I get it’s Taco Bell but there’s need to be so rude.
