  This Taco Bell has been the best in Newark/heath I’ve had nice employees everytime and whoever was making food around 3-4:30pm did a 10/10 job. Give the crew a pat on the back because this was probably my best Taco Bell experience so far 😂

  This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to which is saying a lot! The first time I ever went there the food was cold and they didn’t even put cheese on my Nacho BellGrande. Usually, I will go somewhere closer to Columbus if we’re coming from Downtown or the Heath location. The second (and last) time we ordered DoorDash dash and it took 1.5 hours for the food. Never again!!!

  The comeback kids, right here. Until recently, this place was nothing special, a solid "meh", great for when you're drunk but any other time was probably not the best idea. Not lately. The last 5 or 6 times I've been there (so I know it's not a coincidence) the food has been o.u.t.s.t.a.n.d.i.n.g. The staff have been super friendly and even on the times they ran out of something they'd offer an upgrade as a substitution. I have been super impressed, and I really hope you guys keep it up; if you do, I'll keep coming back more often!

  Walked in, spent 15 minutes being ignored on front counter and walked out. I’m not sure what your problem is in this restaurant but your whole afternoon team on Tuesday September 30th probably doesn’t deserve jobs. Only person actively helping people is drive thru guy

  Only stopped in for a drink amd yhe bathrooms. Went inside because the drive thru line was long. Saw a very "herbally enhanced" kid walk in with an empty cup and fill it. Manager asked where their money was because he clearly had not paid. Kid argued that he bought a drink 2 days before so he was entitled to a free one today. I laughed to myself. Drinks and a show!
