  Absolutely unreal. A woman left her BABIES in the car alone i confronted her about it and THE EMPLOYEES HERE STOOD UP FOR HER. You should all be ashamed for yourself. I placed an order which I guess I should’ve have because they were mad I said something to that woman so they wouldn’t even give me my food they let it sit to rot while I was sitting there waiting to receive my food. What’s the point of having a mobile order pickup if I can’t utilize it? An absolute J O K E

  Normal fast getting you what you ordered, once in a while it takes a long time to get your order.

  Waited 10 minutes just to get my cup, at least 5 people working there 3 were on their phones, with a drive thru line longer than it can hold and way too many people in the lobby, do better!

  If you want to order through doordash or uber after hours...just stop. They are the SLOWEST Taco Bell we pick up from. Employees don't like answering the buzzer system. When they do finally answer, usually they are rude. Once you give them the name of the order you are picking up, they disappear and forget you are there until they have your order...wouldn't be an issue but rarely is it going to be ready. Sometimes I've even been forgotten about. Drive through always takes priority. Always workers either not working or doing something other than preparing food. Any questions about order ETA are met with rudeness and/or blank stares. I have a hard time accepting orders from this store anymore. It just keeps getting worse.

  First of all, the customer service was terrible. The drive through attendant was rude and snappy with us, it was like she would’ve rather been anywhere else. Secondly, we were the third car back but were still in this drive through for like for almost half an hour. And lastly, our order (just cheese rollups with extra cheese) was so cold that it was basically inedible. While this is an easy fix at home, the whole point of “fast food” is the convenience, which was completely missed here. I will not be returning.
