  It's 7:30am. Their sign says open 7am - 1am. Their Drive Through Open light is on. I pull up, menu is on and speaker gives it's generic welcome message, but then silence. I wait a minute and pull up to the window, where an employee comes over. He opens the window and looks at me like I'm stupid and says "we don't open until 8". I ask him why the Open light is on and why the sign says 7. He repeats "we don't open until 8" and slams the window. Get your crap together.

  I normally have a good experience with the drive thru except for today. I ordered a discovery Luxe box and the crunch wrap included wasn't completely wrapped and fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The tacos had so much salt on them that they were inedible. It seemed that somebody spilled salt all over them. Maybe somebody was just having a bad day, I'm not sure. I'm hoping the service will improve soon.

  Offers a large size drink for the fresco then gives us a medium and proceeds to tell us they dont offer any other side. Food was cold. Asked for dine in; they made it to go, crew was hostile. Asked for sauce none was given. The couple that walked in and ordered ahead of us got their food first. Some of the worst service and food I've ever experienced and definitely not worth the 20$

  Taco Bell food is consistently fine. It’s Taco Bell. We love it. I’m writing this review because on 9/14/25 my partner and baby and I visited and the manager was reaming into an employee. I don’t know why. It doesn’t matter. She was crying and there had to have been a better way to meet with her/write her up or whatever it is he was doing. We could easily hear him state over and over to her that he is in charge so she needs to listen to him. She mentioned something not being fair. No kind guidance or gentle and professional advice. Overall it was very uncomfortable for customers to overhear. I almost said something at the time but the girl ended up walking out still in tears when the manager went back to assist the crew with something. Just would have loved to not have to see that. Surely there is a way to have private conversations in a back office or outside?? Unprofessional of the manager. Hated it.
