  Did a mobile order for dinner tonight. My son brought the order home & realized they handed him the wrong order. He called & had to drive another 35 minutes to get the Right order. The order still wasn’t right!! The chalupa shell was burnt & falling apart,cinnamon twists were stale & globs of sour cream when we ordered no sour cream!! This is terrible! Some elementary school kids could do better than this! This is Simply employees that just Don’t care!!! Unacceptable! 😡😡

  They don’t even deserve a one star but unfortunately that’s my only choice. Incredibly rude workers. When I have go through the drive through and say my CHEESY ROLL UP has lettuce on it and I’d like a new one with no lettuce they send out a cheesy roll up filled with lettuce. DISGUSTING.

  Got my food and the drink was a tiny bit over half full, they only put 3 chips in the nacho bag and no cheese along with the taco having no meat it was only lettuce and tomato, needless to say it’s my Last time going there for me I’ll get a meal elsewhere when I’m out in Indiana, I’m very dissatisfied with the whole thing all together
