  Food poisoning from beefy bean burrito. I'm so miserable right now. Thought I was getting quick cheap bite to eat before walmart run. Now I'm sick its destroying me from both ends.

  found hair in my food, no it's not mine. I have blonde hair, the hair strand that was found INSIDE my food was dark and curly.

  Came here twice and tried to give yall the benefit of the doubt but each time it took more than 45 minutes to get my two item order done. Came last night @ 9pm to pick up a mobile order in the lobby and I had to repeatedly tell staff that I had one, they made about 15-20 drive thru orders before they even proceeded to make mine. I worked at Taco Bell for 5 years and can tell u all need upper management to come in and retrain each and every one of yall. There’s no need for 4 people on DT line & two people in the window, & nobody on the counter. If you have no one for the counter / line you need to close your lobby so you don’t have customers piling up waiting to be accommodated.

  went to taco bell and paid $27 for two meals (ridiculous!). Got a chalupa meal and the chalupa bread was stale got a crunch wrap supreme meal and the meat layer was virtually non-existent. For those prices that is unacceptable. 1st picture is what I got... 2nd picture is what is advertised.

  Rude cashier. No thank you. Aqua freshca drink tasted like water only. Not enjoyable. The food ordered custom was not. Rushed at the menu.
