I routinely get the wrong food at this location. Today was no different. The Taco Supreme in my cravings box came as just a regular taco. Fine. Mistakes happen. I went in, showed them the incorrectly prepared item, explained that it was supposed to be a Supreme. They said ok, and I went back outside to the tables to enjoy the rest of my meal. 5 minutes later, a staff member came out to my table, demanding the incorrect item back as a condition for making a replacement (correct) item. I stated that I am against unnecessary food waste, and that I knew it would go right in the trash, were I to return it. She flashed a stupid grin, repeated the same line, and I stood my ground. She went back inside. The manager then came out with a (hastily prepared) Taco Supreme that had spite written all over it, and said to me, "Next time, we need the item back." No. Next time, get my order right the first time. I showed the incorrect item to more than one staff member, including that same manager, more than once. It's not the taco's fault that the staff can't consistently prepare food as it is ordered. Had I driven home, saw it was wrong, and wasted the gas and time to come back, would they still have demanded the item back? I have, on a previous visit, had a staff member rudely snatch an incorrect item directly out of my hand. This is the only Taco Bell I've been to that does this. The customer service here is just plain appalling most days. I only go to the drive thru anymore at this location, even if I'm eating inside, because they take a million years to even acknowledge you if you go inside. Sad, because this location started out good, but didn't take long to go downhill.

No attention to detail ! Check your order before you leave , I've gotten ZERO sauce half of the time . This place is a joke just like most other fast food places where workers only care about a paycheck . Go to a Chinese restaurant where the people were raised to take PRIDE in their work !!!!!!!!!

We go through the drive through. The guy was taking our order. My dad says no meat please. He repeats “second window” in a sassy voice. We get to the second window. My dad says no meat, my friend. The guy says “If you didn’t order anything with meat then you won’t get meat”. My dad said it again because he thought he didn’t hear him the first time. The guy said it in a disrespectful tone while looking down. He hands the bag aggressively and shuts the window while we were trying to say something. I couldn’t even finish the bean burrito because it didn’t taste like beans. The chalupa was crunchy. Overall, trash experience.

They consistently omitted items from my orders. I reported it. They issued a $10 coupon that somehow vanished from my emails and records. I mean Iike I'm into American Mexican food? But not if it never arrives at my place to enjoy.

Doesn't anyone like stale Chalupas? I'm 52 years old, been to many Taco Bells in my life. I know Chalupas are hit n miss. Sometimes ya catch a bad one, it's fine.. The Chalupas I just got from this Taco bell were the worst I've ever seen. So bad, that for the first time, I'm leaving a bad review. Which I've never done before. This food would've been better from the dumpster. I'm not kidding. Chalupas so stale, it crumbled into little dry chips with one bite. So Pennsauken TacoBell wins the prize! For the worst food. Never again
