  I went to the Taco Bell on the Tuscaloosa Strip on October 2nd around 8:50 PM and had a terrible experience. When I got home, several items were missing from my order — 2 empanadas, 1 Doritos Cool Ranch taco, 1 Nacho Cheese taco, and 2 bags of chips. I walked back to the store, was told they were out of empanadas, and had to wait about 20 minutes for the manager. When she finally arrived, she appeared to be high from marijuana and was yelling at customers about the bathrooms being closed. She said she couldn’t refund the missing items because she’d have to “refund the whole order” and instead offered Cinnabon Delights. I agreed, but I only received 1 order when I was supposed to get 2. This location was completely unprofessional and raised serious food safety concerns. I just wanted my missing items or a refund, but left disappointed and uncomfortable.

  Workers eating on line with gloves on, food didn't taste as good as it normally does and it took complaining about people standing around on the line just to get our drinks,on top of that the fryers never seem to be working when we come here. Will not be coming back to taco bell on the strip. EVER
