  I love taco bell. Like I love taco bell so much I got a taco bell tattoo on my forearm. Butttttt everytime I order my steak anything I ask for extra steak and extra sauce and when i get home what i dont ever have is extra steak or sauce, i watch the employees behind the counter put like a teaspoon of sauce, when i pay 0.55 cents for sauce. When i have to pay with cash i always have to stand at the counter waiting for someone to cash ne out. I dont know the name of the supervisor but she was working 10-16-25 shift-while im waiting for my food on multiple separate occasions I see said person picking at her nose and touchingnher face while still wearing gloves and then continues to make the food, as someone who has worked in food service for over 10 years, thats common sense to change gloves after touching anything but food prep areas. The food is great when its done right. Also please bring back the steak street chalupas. They were the best item I've had, almost ordered everyday.

  I love Taco Bell, using the app is so easy and fast. The part that makes me not want to come back is while I was waiting inside for my food and I hear several employees in the kitchen area yell “what the - that’s so flippin gross!”. I understand that I don’t have context, but all conversations back there can be heard by all customers inside and whoever is at the drive through window. I’ve heard cursing with children around, I’ve heard so many nasty things.. I haven’t commented until now, but when I saw three people hear what they were yelling about and walk back out and leave…
