Went through the drive thru and when I got home I was missing food. I called and the GM, Tommy, told me if I came back he'd give me the food that I already paid for as well as free coupons for my inconvenience. Went back about a week later and Tommy gave me the food that I was missing but told me they didn't have free coupons and walked away. My original order was around $70, people at my table were missing food and all I got when I went back was more crappy service. Never again!!

I'm really wising I got the sauces I paid for, this time, and the last 4 times I've ordered from here specifically. I say I want a side sauce, I pay for it, I never get it. I'm ordering sauce cups with the refund door dash keeps giving me because nobody ever fulfills my total order. Why is the limit "15x" sauce packs of a certain variety, if I'm never going to get more than 6, and why is it that I ask for Mild Hot and Fire but end up with the unusable Diablo sauce, its incompetence. And unfortunately I love taco bell, and this is so incredibly frustrating.

Cheesy gordita crunch was loosely wrapped and upside down in the bag, so I have a bag full of cheese lettuce and cream. Ordering from a robot, really? Too impersonal, wont be coming here again. Prices are too high as well. If youre saving $ not hiring counter help, pass it on to your customers.
Don't waste your money here. The seven items I just bought are straight up garbage. Even this mountain dew taste like seltzer water. I learned a couple years ago don't complain to them because they're going to give you replacements that are even worse.

I love Taco Bell especially when I actually receive extra chicken with my quesadillas! Too many times I've ordered a quesadilla with extra chicken for it to have hardly any chicken at all! Thank you to the young man working the drive thru tonight! As well as any other worker that was there past midnight!
