  The service is absolutely unacceptable for a “fast food” restaurant. I placed a mobile order at 8:25pm and was in line at 8:35pm. I pull up to the speaker at 8:55pm. There were 5 cars in front of me. 5. I’m from New Jersey and visiting here for family.NJ is much busier understandably, but you wouldn’t wait 30 minutes to just pull up to the speaker at the drive thru to pick up your order. Something isn’t working here at this location and I feel like the owner simply does not care. Every response to a review is the same and just feels automated. Either the staff is underemployed, not properly trained or undertrained, or just don’t care. Personally from my numerous experiences here it’s all of those. Do yourself a favor and go up or down the street On the same road there’s a Burger King, McDonald’s, brand new WingStop,Wendy’s, and KFC. All have much better service at the drive thru. It’s clear and obvious nothing has changed here or will change. Thanks for your time.

  I've tried to go to this location a few times and every single time i have had to wait in the drive thru for over half an hour. Today was the final straw of ever returning. I waited 45 minutes until everyone in line gave up and reversed out of the drive thru. Also last time I came here was two weeks ago around 8:30pm and I was told over the intercom that they couldn't serve anyone because they only had one person working. Beyond unacceptable. they need to hire more staff

  Got my food through the drive through. Ordered two of the cinnabon delights packs where were not in my bag when I got home. I also asked them to substitute the sauces that came with what I ordered. They charged me extra for them instead and they werent even in my bag either.
