  Been sitting in the drive thru for 21 minutes, and only half way there . Fast food is obviously a thing of the past

  I'm very happy to say that made our food 100% correctly!! And someone approached the counter to take our order without much of a wait!! (while other locations didn't have anyone available to take out order so we used the self checkout) They changed the tables and chairs to hard wooden seats that loudly drag across the floor. NOT comfortable.

  Worst Taco Bell in all of Rochester. Services is incredibly slow. Here right now and have been waiting for over 25 minutes for my food. There are 4 people working. Food is great as it is Taco Bell. Dinning room is always dirty. Hardly any clean tables sauces are always out and the drink area is always a mess.

  No CHICKEN are u kidding me… no apple empanadas. No cinnabon things. Like come on can the manager get the inventory together? Absolutely ridiculous Oh and the employee was behind rude. No one forces you to work
