  I ordered a soft combo meal however when I proceeded to get my drink the soda machine was out and the drink was watered down. I asked for a refund and the staff informed me that they didn’t know how to refund my credit card. They did nothing to try and help me and I was stuck with a meal that I no longer wanted it because I was unable to get my soda. The customer service worker stood there and refused to give me any type of compensation and didn’t know how to refund my credit card. Needless to say, I will never be back there again.

  It's 9 40am on a Monday and nobody is just and the doors are not locked just a bunch of people waiting for a responds in the drive thur is crazy

  Why when my wife went through the drive thru and asked for three tacos did the guy at the drive thru only give her two?She said clearly three tacos so she should have gotten three tacos.The guy in the drive thru today needs to be fired

  Fui a esta tienda el domingo casi a media noche, a recoger una orden de doordash a este lugar, pero esa persona que está allí sentado sin hacer absolutamente nada decía que para ordenar se tardaban entre 20 a 30 minutos de espera el drive thru estaba vacío no tenía ningún carro en ventana me acerco a él drive thru para preguntar por mis órdenes y sin decirle el nombre de el cliente solamente me dijo que ya otro Dasher se había llevado la orden. Y cuando doy la vuelta para estacionarme y comunicarlo a Doordash él estaba sentado justo allí en ese momento llegó otro carro y contestó desde allí no se paró en ningún momento y el carro simplemente se fue.

Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I would recommend this Taco Bell to anyone in the area looking for a quick and tasty meal.
