  Worst tacobell! Came here 11/08/25 at 10 pm the boys working here are very disrespectful I asked them politely to refund a taco they had added to my order and they slammed the window on me and came back and handed me a bag with napkins in it !!

  As someone who goes to a drive-thru to pick up food after a long day's work, checking if my orders were correctly handed to me would be the last thing on my mind. Out of the many times I pick up food here, there's always something wrong. It's baffling how they would review your order and then give you the wrong one. Or, your order is missing MEAT. I am not sure if this is being done on purpose but cheating customers like this really makes me not want to go here at all anymore. The boys are mostly the problem because every single time my orders get messed up, it's them manning the store at night. smh

  I had a little trouble with getting my order done on the kiosk machine, but a young lady (a customer) helped me. She was very gracious.

  Like to start off by saying first employees are completely non-customer service oriented children who could care less about their job jobs on top of that the food here is disgusting came to get two Chalupa‘s number six the Chalupa‘s clearly were from an order previous to mine as they were not even made fresh They were put into a bag. Cold old Stale and then had the nerve to roll his eyes at me at the drive-through window so then get two different Chalupa’s with overcooked hard meat on a fresh shell would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone also recommend you probably getting a new staff Just to let you know the staffing question today’s date is October 19 at 10:54 PM so that you know who you’re disrespectful staff is the Two kids running the window

  I placed an order in the app as I was passing through. I love to make customizations to my orders because I have 3 boys who all like different things then myself as well. For the first time in a long time everything was spot on! Just wanted to shout out good credit where credit is due! The food was still hot,fresh,ready when we pulled up,every items was not only there but it was labeled, AND EVERY taco/burrito edit was correct. Thank you for a easy and great fast food experience on our trip through. Keep up the good work little efforts like this make a big difference to customers like myself. 🙏🏼😊
