I've ordered Cinnabon Delights several times, and for the first time ever, I got some that were cold in the center. When I went in to tell them that they're under cooked, I'm wrong, because "they're supposed to be a little frozen in the center when they come out of the fryer. You have to let them sit for about 3 minutes to warm up." She's telling me this after I waited forever in the drive-thru just to get them, and then came back after driving down the road for a couple of minutes just to turn around because my food is cold. She told me she can make me a new batch but said that they will be cold in the center. I asked if she could just cook them a bit longer. Nope. Can't do it. And I couldn't get a refund because "there's actually nothing wrong with them." I've worked in fast food restaurants. If I were to serve anything that came from the fryer still cold in the center, that would be a problem that I would've had to fix. It's as simple as that. No arguing and no BS.
