- MMMolloy McNellisSep 18, 20255.0Came last night and the employees at this taco bell location were so warm and friendly and made me feel seen, plus my burrito was the best made taco bell burrito I've had in the Birmingham area in quite some time. Will be back! I don't usually review places but I left with a happy heart.

- IKIts KAug 31, 20251.0I just order a chicken quesadilla with an extra side of jalapeño crema tonight at 1:30am. The person on the drive thru, a skinny black man was very kind. The large black man that brought over my order was however not kind. He gave me my order. Closed the door. And I kid you not, reopened the door within 5 seconds to tell me that I needed to move my car up. I thought it was a joke as I hadn’t even had a second to look in my bag. Of course there wasn’t an extra side of jalapeño crema. Instead he insisted there was extra sauce on the quesadilla. I expressed that I asked for extra on the side. He reassured me there was extra in the bag and that I needed to move up. After feeling unwelcomed and leaving I noticed that in fact there was no extra side of the jalapeño cream sauce, just packets of mild sauce in the bag. There was also no extra sauce on the quesadilla. I’ve ordered the same thing every time. Let’s focus on customer experience versus not wanting to do the job we are here to do-coming from a food and beverage manager needing a late night snack.

The service was fast and friendly...my only complaint is and always will be, having to order from a kiosk ... Other than that, everything was fantastic! Thanks for a great lunch!
